The number housed includes all individuals directly served and their family members. Housing resources include all HOPWA supported programs and non-HOPWA supported services.

Housing services range from rental and utility assistance to help folks stay in their homes, to providing individuals a place to live.

ALL of our housing clients are low income, meaning they make at or below 80% of the area median income. And 91% of the housing clients we serve are people of color.

We have tested 975 clients and 42 were linked to care. 95% of clients who tested positive were undetectable within the first 6 months!

A word from our partners...

Jane clark headshot

“I have partnered with CCP in many ways over the past 10 years – as the CEO of a collaborating non-profit, as a board member, and more recently as programmatic support for projects. At each level, CCP has demonstrated a values-driven approach to service delivery, program implementation, and leadership. CCP’s team members reflect those values with the deep care they bring to their work and the way they exhibit that care to the people they serve.”
